Multichoice Nigeria Limited, the leading Pay-TV operator, has once again adjusted the prices of its DStv and GOtv packages across the board, effective May 1, 2024.

The company cited the “rise in the cost of business operations” in Nigeria as the reason for the price adjustments.

According to a notice signed by Multichoice CEO John Ugbe and distributed to subscribers via email on Wednesday, the new prices for DStv packages are as follows:

  • The Premium package will now cost N37,000 monthly, up from the current N29,500 subscription fee.
  • The Compact+ bouquet has been increased to N25,000 from N19,800 monthly.
  • Subscribers on the Compact bouquet will now pay N15,700 compared to the current N12,500, while those on the Confam package are to pay N9,300, up from N7,400.
  • Viewers on the DStv Yanga bouquet will now pay N5,100 for the monthly subscription, instead of the current N4,200.

  • HDPVR Access subscribers will now pay N5,000 compared to the N4,000 being paid currently.

For GOtv users, Multichoice announced the following adjustments:

  • Customers on the Supa Plus package will now be paying N15,700, up from the current price of N12,500.
  • The Supa bouquet will now go for N9,600 as opposed to the current N7,600 being charged.
